Notes:	When accessing a project offline, the variable will say "offline", but when accessing a project online, the variable will say "online". This can be used in various situations. You can use an "if-else" script to do many things, and hide the variable. Have fun with it! This is compatible with Scratch 1.4 and any EARLIER versions.
